Connecting to Nature through Art

It's the next best thing to being in the garden

Wildlife inspired tattoos

By Asheville Artist Richard Lamos

Richard has been a tattooer for 25 years with a shop in Asheville for 8.  During his career, he has mostly enjoyed tattooing skulls & demons, but since I've known him, his work has gotten a little more wild.  He now tattoos a lot of bees & butterflies & has a program donating to conservation for every wildlife inspired tattoo.

Pollinator art

By Black Mountain Artist Libba Tracy

Libba has been a local pioneer for conservation through art for decades.  She has produced numerous pieces and donated hundreds of hours to benefit pollinators and our community.  She designed the Bee Decals that are in business windows all over WNC.  Her Ghost Monarch work is also on signage at Black Mountain Monarch Waystations.
