Patchwork Meadows Greenhouse And Nursery

Our Plants

Many of the species known to be best for use in naturalizing landscapes are not readily available in the nursery trade so we grow them ourselves!  Nearly all plants used in our pollinator meadow installations are grown at Patchwork Meadows Greenhouse.  We grow over 75 species of native grasses and wildflowers from seeds and cuttings collected locally or purchased regionally.  Being able to produce our own material helps keep project costs down and insures that the plants used in our landscapes are grown free of harmful pesticides.  Organic practices of pest management are used on all of our plants.  We also  grow in reusable flats without plastic pots, so there is less waste then when purchasing plants from a retail garden center.

Visit The Greenhouse

We do not grow for public sales, but specifically for Patchwork Meadows Pollinator installations.  If you would like to see where the plants for your project are born I would be glad to have you out for a greenhouse visit.
